Our rice flakes are best soaked overnight to make a rice version of overnight oats. Great in smoothies, flapjacks and homemade rice cakes. Simmer some pre-soaked rice flakes in a pan for 5 minutes to make a delicious gluten free porridge, add in some fruit or nuts for a delicious breakfast bowl!
