Teff flakes have been used for thousands of year as an alternative to oats. High in protein, fibre, vitamins and slow release carbs they are an excellent gluten free flake for porridge, homemade muesli or smoothies. To make our Organic Teff Flakes the grains are steamed, then rolled to produce the light teff flakes. Ideal as a gluten free oat alternative.

Instructions:

Cook as you would oats over the stove or in a microwave.  Blend into smoothies or make in your homemade granola.
