Our delicious 81% Dark Chocolate Couverture Drops from Peruvian cocoa beans come in small coin sized drops. The rich criollo cocoa beans, cultivated from the Amazon region, give the chocolate an intense, aromatic profile. The chocolate is sweetened with organic cane sugar and it can be used in a number of different ways – for coating products, making ganaches, hot chocolate, pastries and baked goods.
