Pistachio butter is produced by grinding whole pistachios until a smooth butter is formed. Pistachio butter is a great source of protein and essential fats and minerals. It has a multitude of uses from thickening sauces to making home made ice cream and it also goes delightfully well with chocolate or as a filling for home made macaroons.
Pistachio butter is suitable for many types of gluten/grain free diets. We also have other nut butters and pastes in our range including almond, hazelnut, cashew and peanut.
As well as being high in protein our pistachio butter has no added sugar, salt, preservatives or emulsifiers so is an ideal substitute for spreads and butters that may be loaded with sugar and salt.
This product is supplied in 1kg tubs.
Pistachio butter is fantastic for thickening sauces, smoothies or for making homemade pistachio ice cream. It is also equally as good straight from the tub or spread on toast.
