Macadamia Butter is great for creating gluten free, nutritious bars, cakes, muffins and ice cream quickly and easily. It is produced by roasting macadamias in the oven to release the full flavour of the nuts and then grinding them into a butter. Like all our butters and pastes no preservatives, oils, sweeteners or anything else is added, it is simply 100% roasted macadamias ground into a butter. Macadamia butter has a much richer taste than our macadamia paste (which is the unroasted nuts ground into a paste).
Macadamia butter is low in carbs and suitable for many gluten/grain free diets.
As well as macadamia butter we also have a range of other nut pastes and butters including almond, cashew, pistachio, hazelnut, walnut and peanut.
Our macadamia butter is fantastic for thickening sauces, smoothies and making ice cream and is also great for baking with.
Contains nuts and may contain traces of peanuts.
