Toasted Natural Almond Butter is wonderful for spreads and creating gluten-free, nutritious bars, cakes, muffins, raw protein bars and pancakes. It is produced by grinding natural toasted almonds until a smooth, butter-like consistency is formed. Almond Butter is an excellent protein source as well as being high in essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus. Almond butter is also one of the most concentrated sources of vitamin E- a powerful antioxidant that is excellent for the skin.
Made from toasted blanched almonds it has a much richer almond flavour than our almond paste from un-toasted almonds. As well as being low in carbs our almond butter has no added sugar, salt, preservatives or emulsifiers so is an ideal substitute for spreads and butters that may be loaded with sugar and salt.
