This is our wonderful 78% Single Origin chocolate couverture made from Ugandan Cocoa Beans. We have this product supplied in small coin sized drops for easy weighing and melting. This is a fantastic chocolate at a great price.
Our Ugandan chocolate has a characteristic cocoa aroma, intense and persistent. Delicately spiced with a pleasant, sweet, and enveloping note of chocolate tea, it emerges easily thanks to its body and strong, clean, direct taste. Even in the fine tuning of the recipe, care has been taken to enhance the intensity and balanced flavour of this cocoa.
Please note, although gluten free, the producer of this fine chocolate produces dairy, soy and nut products so there may be traces of nuts, soy and dairy (unlike our coconut sugar chocolate – see other listings).
