This is our fantastic 72% dark chocolate couverture drops made from Venezuelan cocoa beans from the beautiful plantations south of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. This area is known for its ancestral origins of cocoa and its unique ecosystem. These drops have a complex aromatic profile with strong cocoa and vanilla notes. This dark chocolate also has a slight nutty profile with a delightful spicy red berry aftertaste.

Suggested uses:

Excellent for pralines, mousses, ganaches or adding into your ice cream.  Add them to trail mixes with our nuts and fruits or eat them just as they are!
