Our White Quinoa is a naturally gluten free pseudocereal with a light texture when cooked making it a great alternative to rice and cous cous. When compared with red and black quinoa, white quinoa has the lightest and fluffiest texture of all three.

Quinoa is considered a good source of vegetable protein and is rich in vitamins, minerals, and iron. It is a pseudocereal rather than a true cereal, as it is not a member of the true grass family.
