Our whole natural hazelnuts are delicious, rich, sweet tasting nuts. Our whole hazelnuts are raw (not roasted) and come with the skins on for all the hazelnut goodness (the skin contains additional fibre and Vitamin E). Hazelnuts are high in protein and fibre and are an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids including oleic and linoleic acid. They are also rich is magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, copper, iron, niacin, folate, manganese, thiamin, vitamin B5, B6 and vitamin E.
Hazelnuts are excellent to snack on straight from the bag or in homemade trail mixes, baking, in muesli and porridge and go particular well with chocolate and in pralines. They are also good for creating your own hazelnut butter.
