We now ship to the entire UK for only £2.99! This is an economy tracked 2-4 working day service. We also offer a 1-2 working day expedited courier service for £4.99 (next day courier but we don’t guarantee it as we know couriers can always have delays!).
UK Orders over £75 are shipped free, usually via the courier service.
We use Royal Mail and our Courier Interlink. Please read the details below especially if you live in an area considered remote by Couriers.
We ship to the UK and many EU countries. We usually ship within a working day of receiving an order, often within hours of receiving your order. Orders are usually received within 2-4 working days of dispatch (quite often sooner!) for our economy service and 1-2 working day for our courier service, however due to unforeseen events such as weather or courier failures it can on occasions take 3-5 working days. If your order is dispatched by Courier service a signature will be required on delivery.
You should receive a confirmation of dispatch by email with tracking number if a valid email address is provided when you order. The tracking will either be for Royal Mail or Interlink (links here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and http://www.interlinkexpress.com “How Can we Help” on the left). The tracking information for Courier shipped orders shows delivery updates.
Note we will use the most cost efficient shipping service to UK addresses considered either offshore (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man or any other island), highlands & islands, and some other UK areas. This may be Courier or Royal Mail.
Please also note that the shipping service is automatically selected by our systems based on address, weight and other criteria and the service selected cannot be changed.
Leaving Orders in Safe Place
We often get asked to leave orders in a safe place. We cannot ask the Courier to leave parcels in a safe place as this voids our insurance. You may be able to arrange this directly with the Courier but we can accept no responsibility for lost parcels if the customer informs the courier to leave a parcel and does not provide a signature. It is safer to ask the courier to leave your order with a neighbour and obtain a signature.
We will not request couriers leave parcels without a signature.
EU Country Shipping Options
We have several EU country shipping options that are a fixed price for upto 26KG, orders larger this will be charged per additional 26KG. If your EU country option is not selected we often can still ship, we just need to confirm the shipping cost with the Courier and create a manual order. Please ask us for a shipping quote for EU countries not listed.
Order Not Received
If in the rare event you have not received your order within 5 working days please check the tracking information and if unable to resolve with the Courier or Royal Mail please contact us immediately via our Contact Us here
If within the 5 working days tracking shows there is an issue that you cannot resolve with the Courier please contact us immediately via our Contact us here, it is the your responsibility to report lost items to us within 7 days of notified dispatch.
If your order is damaged in any way in transit, if signing for the order you must note that the order is received damaged on signing. If all the order or any item in your order is damaged you must Contact Us here within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with our delivery service and resolve for you as soon as possible. For our claim we require images of the damaged goods and you must not discard of, nor consume the goods until the matter has been resolved.
Inspection of Goods
You must also inspect all the goods received on delivery to make sure you are happy with them, and that the order is complete. Any errors must be reported within 7 days. We can only refund food products within 30 days if you find a problem with them. We do not take responsibility for how you may store and use them.
You may return any un-opened items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. You must contact us before returning the items using our Contact Form here so we can provide a returns number for your return. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item for example). All goods must be returned in original packaging, we cannot accept back food items without their original packaging.
We recommend you send back goods tracked or signed for to ensure we receive, we cannot issue a refund unless the goods are returned to us. Once returned the goods will be inspected, if a refund is approved you should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving the goods back.
