We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD and offer three shipping service options for the UK.*
Standard tracked 2-3 working day delivery service for £3.49 – Non-remote UK for orders under £25. Sent on our 2-3 working day Royal Mail service.
Expedited 1-2 working day courier service for £9 – Non-remote UK. Dispatched same day if placed prior to 12.00pm
All non-remote UK orders £25 and above are sent free via 2-3 working day service and dispatched same day if placed prior to 12.00pm.
Northern Ireland,Highlands, Islands and Remote UK for £6.** Delivery is charged at a flat fee regardless of weight and we do not offer expedited shipping to these areas.
Shipping to Channel Islands is currently unavailable.
*We cannot guarantee delivery estimates as delays can on occasion occur in transit. Please note these delivery estimates apply to non-remote UK postcodes, nor can we guarantee delivery on a specific day, as this is out of our control.
*Please only place orders when you require the goods. We do not hold orders for shipping on specific days, this is not a service we offer, we ship orders as efficiently as we can once your order is received.
** For remote postcode addresses in the UK (these include Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and some other UK areas) we will use either DPD or Royal Mail depending on the location. Delivery times for these remote areas will vary from the delivery times stated above.
We have a maximum order value of £550.
Tracking your parcel
You should receive a confirmation of dispatch by email with tracking number if a valid email address is provided when you order. The tracking will either be for Royal Mail or DPD (links here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ ).
Please also note that the shipping service is automatically selected by our systems based on address, weight and other criteria and the service selected cannot be changed.
Leaving Orders in Safe Place
We often get asked to leave orders in a safe place. We cannot ask the Courier to leave parcels in a safe place as this voids our insurance. You may be able to arrange this directly with the Courier but we can accept no responsibility for lost parcels if the customer informs the courier to leave a parcel and does not provide a signature. It is safer to ask the courier to leave your order with a neighbour and obtain a signature.
We will not request couriers leave parcels without a signature.

Please enter your shipping address at check-out and the shipping price will be shown for orders up to 25kg. Orders over this amount will be subject to additional shipping costs. Shipping to the EU usually takes between 3-10 days. We do not offer an expedited service to the EU.
Order Not Received
If in the rare event you have not received your order within 5 working days please check the tracking information and if unable to resolve with the Courier or Royal Mail please contact us immediately via our Contact Us here
If within the 5 working days tracking shows there is an issue that you cannot resolve with the Courier please contact us immediately via our Contact us here, it is your responsibility to report lost items to us within 7 days of notified dispatch.
Products must be checked on arrival and any issues reported within 35 days. Please check all products before decanting into containers.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please do not open any further packs of the same product. When an opened item is returned to us, we will refund pro-rata.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Contact Us here so we can raise a claim with our delivery service and resolve for you as soon as possible. For our claim, we require your co-operation including images of the damaged goods and outer packaging and you must not discard of nor consume the goods until the matter has been resolved.
Shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We require an image of the enclosed invoice. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
