Our delicious, gluten free jumbo porridge oats grown in the United Kingdom. Only the highest quality oats are milled and packed to ensure the highest quality of oat is produced. Low in fat, an excellent source of fibre and with a delicious flavour they are the perfect way to start the day! Jumbo oats are the largest variety of wholegrain flaked oat and have a delicious slightly nutty flavour.
Our gluten free jumbo porridge oats are a welcome addition to our ever-growing porridge range. Please note these porridge oats are not organic however check out our delicious organic porridge blends – which is 50% oats, 50% other exciting ingredients.
Suggested uses:
For simple porridge – heat the oats with water or milk in a saucepan or microwave and add your favourite RealFoodSource ingredients to create delicious thick hot porridge. We love them with a scoop of our coconut milk powder for a creamy, dairy free morning porridge, we sprinkle on our chia and mulberries for an omega boost and a little natural sweetness. If berries and dates are your thing try our freeze dried fruits such as bananas, strawberries and apple or add a handful of our goji berries or a few of our chopped medjool dates.
An excellent breakfast to kick start your day and give you the energy you need. Jumbo oats are also ideal for baking into cakes and muffins and they also make excellent flapjacks!
