These are our delicious certified organic 70% dark chocolate drops supplied in a small coin sized drops. Sweetened with cane sugar our excellent-quality dark chocolate couverture is smooth with a distinct, persistent cocoa flavour.
Suggested uses:
Excellent in cookies, pastries and baking, ice cream, pralines, hot chocolate desserts and mousses.
We find it particularly good when teamed with fruits (try our mulberries!) and walnuts. Alternatively just snack on them right out the bag!
