Our organic white mulberries are soft, sweet and chewy with a delicious toffee honeycomb flavour. Shaken from the tree when they are perfectly ripe they are then sun-dried for the perfect natural sweetness and flavour. Rich in Vitamins C and K, iron, potassium, calcium, and fibre and polyphenols.
Suggested use:
Raw mulberries are an excellent naturally sweet treat with their low glycemic index. Our kids love them and eat them straight from the bag! They are also excellent in desserts, homemade granolas, on porridge and in baking (try them in cookies or raw no bake bars for added sweetness, just blend for natural mulberry sweetness).
